Our Properties
Bingley Flower Fund Homes comprise of two properties based in Cottingley and in Bingley.
Both sites have double glazing, central heating, smoke alarms and communal garden facilities which are regularly serviced and maintained.
All our homes have 24 hour remote warden call facilities and a part time resident warden to monitor each scheme, make regular contact with residents, liaise with relatives and offer support to family members when necessary.
Residents bring their own furniture and possessions into their Flower Fund Home, where traditionally a strong sense of community and friendship amongst the residents has become established.
Each development incorporates a flat for the warden, a laundry and a common room where activities may include weekly coffee mornings, other social activities and a Christmas party. It can also be reserved for private parties by the residents without charge.
A mix of 39 retirement homes comprising studio flatlets, bungalows and one bedroom flats for up to 54 elderly people.
Provides 23 self contained one bedroom flats in three separate two storey blocks for up to 46 people. All the flats at Lyndhurst are self contained with secure entry facilities and two of the blocks have lift access to first floor level.
